Quartet

Ilkka Suppanen has served as a mentor for the start-up design brand be&liv. Established in Helsinki, be&liv aims to bring the poetry back into everyday life with beautifully designed interior design objects. Their personal motto is: Everyday poetry, engineered.

The candle holder Quartet is one of the products Suppanen designed and produced for be&liv.  Quartet is an expression of traditional minimalist design. Using copper as the material, Suppanen created an evocative object that maintains a lit ambiance even when not in use through the reflections of light on the copper.
